2)the nocturnal quest (so you have unbreakable lockpick)
3)lv up to at least 15
4)find a merchant that has a lot of money for transactions.
then just go to some ruined forts and loot.on higher levels the armor and weapons will sell like 4k (usually the merchants have less so you loose a lot…but…whatever if you have 20 items with you you get 20k in 10 mins average+better gear for you)

One also wears the most powerful armour for your level) Kill them all, take the dust and cash in. A useful note about this dungeon is it resets after 3 days, so everything returns (With the exception of the Razor, commander, Blacksmith and Both Bosses) meaning you can spam this as long as needed.
